Program Goals

Sawyer Youth Soccer Association ("SYSA") is a recreational soccer club for age groups Under 6 through Under 14. We are an affiliate of Kentucky Youth Soccer Association "KYSA". SYSA is committed to providing a quality soccer experience for the area's youth. We are located at EP "Tom" Sawyer Fields in Louisville KY 

Game Format (Note Fall 2020 U8 and U10 will use modified rules)

U6: 3 v 3.  No Goalkeepers.  Games are played on a 20 yd x 30 yd field with mini goals. U6 Rules

U8: 6 v 6 with Goalkeepers.  Games are played on a 30 yd x 40 yd field with 6' x 18' goals. U8 Rules

U10: 7 v 7 with Goalkeepers. Games are played on a 40 yd x 60 yd field with 6' x 18'' goals. U10 Rules

U12: 9 v 9 with Goalkeepers.  Games are played on a 47 yd x 110 yd field with 6' x 18' goals. U12 Rules

U14: 11 v 11 with Goalkeepers.  Games are played on a 75 yd x 110 yd field with 8' x 24' goals.
